Shipping Options & Timelines

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
– Perfect for non-urgent orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our outdoor gear and apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process to get you back to your adventures quickly.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Required: Copy of order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Face Masques (personal protective equipment)
  • Food & Household Goods (perishable items)

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification when complete.

Refund Timeline:

Exchange Timeline:
– New items ship within 2 business days of processing

Damaged or Defective Items
