Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Face Masques (personal protective equipment)
  • Food & Household Goods (perishable items)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification when this is complete.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original payment method will be credited

Exchange Timeline:

  • New items will be shipped within 2 business days of processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (our rugged outdoor gear should never arrive in less than perfect condition), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
